AIDA is an acronym, which stands four words: attention, interest,desire and action. It is a very classic frame word that people use for marketing, sales campaigns, and it’s a great way to organize your thoughts, and make sure you achieve the intended purpose.
Now let’s take a look at the four stages one by one:
- ATTENTION
The attention portion of the marketing message occurs at the beginning. It’s designed to give the prospects a reason to take notice.
High quality content copy writing could gain attention from potential customers. Presenting your products or service that could solve a certain problem. This stage gives your prospects a reason to learn more about your company, product/service.
- INTEREST
Once you’ve gained the prospects’ attention, then you must keep their interest. Showing more statistic and detailed presentation that how you could offer them a competitive solution. What’s your advantages compared with other competitors?
- DESIRE
Desire goes after interest hand-in-hand. Instead of say “ our design and products will help you for market expand”, explain to the audience “ by cooperating with us, you will save at least 10% for purchasing budget compared with purchasing local.” “Third party inspection is offered before shipment and we could afford the cost, quality is guaranteed.
- ACTION
Tell your audience what they should do in a specific way. Such as “ manufacturing base visiting is warmly welcomed”, “ samples are available for quality check, call us for stock samples” “ Get no obligation quote within 24 hours”.
